Rev. Josh Hinson

Pastor

Josh was born in Jacksonville and raised nearby in the small town of Hilliard, on the Florida-Georgia line. He has been married to Christen since 2003 and they have four children: Camdyn (who is married to Rebecca), Cayde, Carsyn, and Carolyne. Josh has served in youth ministry and church planting in North Carolina and Georgia, is a graduate of Greenville Presbyterian Theological Seminary, and has served as pastor at Ortega since May of 2017.

Kevin Morris

Pastoral Intern

Kevin is a native of the surrounding Jacksonville area and has been privileged to serve God’s people in both full-time and bivocational ministry at different churches since 2011. He received his undergraduate degree in theology from Moody Bible Institute and currently is a graduate student at Greenville Presbyterian Theological Seminary. Kevin, alongside his wife and two children, has been part of Ortega since 2019.
